Essential Oils & Hydrosols

The heart of the farm. Grown in Richmond, cut by hand, and carried a few metres to the still.

Steam opens the flower, and what settles is two things at once: the essential oil above, and the fragrant water beneath it. We keep Melissa, Superblue and Grosso apart through all of it — they do not smell alike, and it would be a waste to pretend they did.
