Five hundred millilitres of lavender water off our own still. Enough to mist a whole line of sheets as they come in. Enough to keep a smaller bottle topped up all year. Enough that a treatment room can get through a season on one of them.

Three cultivars
Melissa — floral with a lift of citrus. Best on pillows.
Superblue — sweet, honeyed, gentlest. Best on skin.
Grosso — green and bracing. Best on linen and through rooms.
