It is also the size to buy if you would rather decant — into your own bowls, muslin bags or drawer liners — instead of using the sachet as it comes.
Grosso is the lavandin we grow for drying, chosen because it holds its scent in a closed space long after a sweeter English lavender has faded.
When the scent fades, roll it between your hands to crush the buds and release more oil.
