We are open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the last entry to the farm is at 8:00 PM.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
We strongly recommend booking your tickets online prior to your visit, as daily tickets are limited. However, we do welcome drop-in visitors!
How do I get there, and is there parking?
Driving: We offer free parking on site with no reservations required.
Public Transit: We are transit-accessible! Take the 403 Three Road bus and get off at the Roseland Gate bus stop.
Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we have a strict No Pets Policy on the farm. We kindly ask you to find someone to look after your furry friends for your day at the farm.
What should I wear or bring to the farm?
Our farm is a thriving natural environment. Expect to see bees, flies, and other insects in the fields, so please dress accordingly. We also highly recommend applying sunscreen in advance to prevent sunburn.
Is the farm wheelchair-friendly?
Yes! We use gravel and sand for our farm walkways, and all our on-site washrooms are wheelchair-accessible. We advise using an outdoor-capable wheelchair during your visit for the most comfortable experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our farm stand accepts cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What are your photography rules?
We love seeing your photos! You are welcome to bring tripods for personal use, but please note that tripods are not allowed inside the actual lavender fields to protect the plants.
- Professional Photography: A special permit and fee are required for commercial and professional photoshoots (such as wedding or engagement photography).
- Drones: For the safety and privacy of all our guests, drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on the farm.
When is the full-bloom season?
Late June to mid-August: Superblue "True" English Lavender
Late June to End of October: French Lavender
Early July to mid-September: Melissa and Grosso Lavender
Are there washrooms and food on-site?
Yes! We have fully wheelchair-accessible washrooms available (at least two located near the fields and one in the gift shop).
While we do not encourage bringing outside food for picnics, we have plenty of delicious treats available for purchase! Our food selection includes Lavender Kombucha, ice cream, soda, slushies, snacks, and more.
What is your ticket refund and cancellation policy?
Summer Season Tickets: Cancellations and rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your booked appointment will not be accepted. Please note that only one rescheduling request is allowed per customer, and rescheduled tickets are non-refundable.
Special Event Tickets: Event tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed, you will be able to obtain a refund. If rescheduled or postponed, a 14-day refund window will open starting on the day of the announcement.
Do you sell lavender products, and what is your return policy?
Yes, we sell a variety of farm-fresh goods, including essential oils, hydrosols, and personal care products formulated with our oils.
- Product Returns: We thoroughly inspect all items to ensure high quality, so all product purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. If we experience inventory issues and cannot fulfill your online order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
